If you would like to review your personal information, correct the personal information you have provided to us, and/or request that we remove your information from our records, contact TSHBP at the address below with the access, correction, or removal request. Each request will be reviewed and responded to in accordance with applicable laws. To cover internal costs for responding to access requests, TSHBP may charge a reasonable fee to individuals desiring access to their Personal Information.

Minors
TSHBP does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target its website to children. TSHBP’s website is not intended for children and TSHBP endeavors to protect the privacy of children with the help of parents and guardians.
