Rachel Arthur has served in several roles in public education in the past 18 years from Teaching and Coaching to growing in leadership roles. Currently the Director of Benefits and Wellness for Brazosport ISD, she has spent the last 12 years in a Director leadership role contributing to various areas, namely; Child Nutrition, Business Services and Human Resources. Innovation and creativity to solve challenges faced by staff and families in BISD is a passion for Arthur as she strives to provide the highest level of service and support to BISD’s most valuable asset; its staff, students and families. BISD has recognized Rachel with the “Setting the Standard Award” twice, as her passion for her district shines through all of the things she does. With a Bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University, continued growth is a focus and priority. She resides in the Brazosport community with her husband, Jeff, and three kids, Owen (8), Sadie (6) and Hallie (4). She and her family enjoy spending time at their family ranch in South Texas. |
